44 Layers of 1080 and 15N20.  Brass guard and thong tube with mosaic pin through a great looking piece of zebra wood.  This one is great for every day carry or skinning out a buck.  This has been my personal knife for a couple of months and I've used it. It is not hurt at all though I'm marking it down a little because of that.  It does come with the sheath.
