Pricing will vary depending on style, size, and materials. Some ball park figures for monosteel knives are:
Hunter, Skinner or similiar guardless knife : $90 to $175.
Small Bowie: $125 to $225.
Large Bowie or Camp Knife: $150 to $250.
Damascus costs more. Quality purchased stock is costly and the process to make it is extremely labor intensive. A base guideline for pricing would be $25 to $50 per inch of blade. Total cost will depend on fixtures and damascus style.
KNIFE SHARPENING SERVICE
I now offer knife and scissor sharpening as well. Prices are based on a dull knife requiring some dressing or edge repair, but not significantly damaged. If your knife falls into the abused, damaged category I can get it back into shape, but this will cost a bit more depending on the condition. To arrange for sharpening send me an email and let me know what your sending. When you package your knives, purchase a prepaid return shipping label, or include the shipping costs with your payment for sharpening services. A flat rate box works great for multiple knives.

- Minimum applies to first three knives
- Number 4 and up is by the inch
- Household Scissors & Double-edged knives count as 2 knives
